An invitation to explore the quiet, shared longing that connects our hearts

Hi,
I’m Jasmine Soul Mana — a curious seeker obsessed with the mysteries of consciousness and the hidden potential within us all.
I’ve spent my life chasing the secrets of reality and searching for what it truly means to live a fulfilled, awakened life. Somewhere along the way, I realized my passion isn’t just uncovering these hidden truths — it’s exploring and sharing them with others.
I write to understand what it really means to be human… and to remind you that we are far more than our bodies, thoughts, or labels.
What if the world we see is only a fraction of what exists? What if our minds hold abilities science is only beginning to grasp — and some of us are already living at that edge?
Through my work, I explore the unseen, the mystical, and the mind-bendingtruths that challenge everything we think we know about reality.
I love to speak soul to soul.
If you’ve discovered my page through my series on Near-Death Experiences, I welcome you with an open heart.
These stories touched my life profoundly, and I was both moved and amazed by the overwhelming response. Many of you shared your own experiences, doubts, and questions — and the resonance I felt made my heart jump.
Why? Because that resonance felt like soul recognition — the remembrance that we are all part of the same vast consciousness, one organism remembering itself through us. That realization has transformed my life, and it’s what continues to guide my work today.
For many years, my life felt dull — even pointless.
I’ve battled depression for as long as I can remember, and eventually realized my soul felt trapped in the life I was living.
Growing up around mental health struggles, abandonment, and isolation, I often wondered where I truly belonged. Writing became my refuge — a sacred space where I could turn pain into meaning and chaos into beauty.
At the height of my depression in my early twenties, I made a promise to myself: to find my soul’s purpose and build a life that felt truly aligned.
I saved every cent I could and left to study yoga, meditation, and ancient philosophy in India. I sat with monks, healers, philosophers, and survivors. I wasn’t searching for luxury — I was searching for truth.
Travel became my greatest teacher. I began living my dream life, writing full-time while exploring the world, meditating, and rediscovering wonder in the simplest moments.
My depression didn’t disappear overnight — but what changed was my relationship with life. For the first time, I fell in love with being alive.
One evening on a quiet beach in Thailand, watching the sunset, I realized something profound: every pain, every joy, every twist of fate had led me to that perfect, peaceful moment.
I was alive — and it was perfect.
What I was missing all those years was connection — to my soul, to my purpose, to the excitement of simply being.
The spiritual amnesia we experience as humans can be debilitating. None of us seems to remember why we came here or what we came to do, and then science often tells us we’re nothing but random occurrences — I believe the truth is far deeper.
To me, the soul is consciousness and precedes all matter — the quiet intelligence that runs the show. And when we reconnect with that essence, life begins to feel magical again.
I write for those who feel the same yearning — who sense there’s more to this life than what we’ve been taught. I write for those who are ready to remember.
Our world desperately needs more people who live with awe — who dare to show that magic is real, that consciousness is infinite, and that love is the thread holding it all together.
To me, the stories we live every day are the language of the soul. They help us remember.
And eventually, they help us arrive at the final question:
Who writes the stories we experience in our lifetimes?
My essays explore:
Consciousness — Who or what are we, really?
Trauma & Transformation — How do we turn ashes into gold?
Hidden History — What have we forgotten, and who benefits from our amnesia?
Mysticism — The ancient truths we feel in our bones but can’t quite explain.
I see myself as an explorer of life and everything that comes with it. A researcher of reality — its hidden secrets, ancient potentials, and forgotten mysteries.
Yes, I’m a dreamer.
But not the kind who floats above reality. I want to know what’s possible here— in the mud, in the heartbreak, in the middle of the mess.
Thank you for being here with me.
If my words resonate with you, I’d love for you to follow along, share your experiences, and help expand the conversation.
The more of us stay curious and open, the closer we come to remembering who we really are — and building a world that reflects that truth.
With love, Jasmine
