Processing Time
Physical Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been received and verified.
Please note:

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking
If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees imposed by their country's customs authorities.
Soulmana Somatics is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at soulmana@posteo.com, and we will do our best to assist you in locating the shipment. However, Soulmana Somatics cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages lost by third-party carriers.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

Digital Products (E-Books, Courses, Downloads)
All digital products are delivered electronically.
After purchase, you will receive:

Access instructions for courses through the platform used to host the material

Because digital products are delivered instantly, they are non-tangible and cannot be shipped physically.
